Description: DECORATORS SKIM COAT is a fine white levelling surface filler in powder form, used for quickly surfacing large areas, making good irregularities and uneven backgrounds before decoration.

To use: Pour the powder into the water : 300 to 500 grams of paste allows filling of one square metre.
